With the ECO Booster you have a state-of-the-art heat recovery system with automatic cleaning that is completely integrated into the new chamber design of the Montex stenter. On ranges up to 8 fields, only one ECO Booster module is required.

With certain processes, up to 35% savings in energy costs can be achieved. The basis for the calculation is an 8-field stenter, nominal width 200 cm, 150 g/m2 woven fabric, fixing process, 6000 operating hours per year.

Furthermore, the ECO Booster consumes only minimal amounts of water during the cleaning cycle. The whole process is controlled and monitored automatically.
