MXL process
non-iron in record time

With the MXL process, properties such as “non-iron” and “laundry fresh” can be achieved in cotton fabrics in just 3 minutes – instead of over 20 hours as in the past. The innovative continuous process not only impresses with its extreme time savings, but also with its high process reliability and significantly greater flexibility compared with conventional systems.

  • Unique “easy-care” properties in combination with optimum preservation of strength properties.
  • The desired residual moisture can be easily achieved, thus avoiding the risk of over-drying.
  • When drying at 100°C and 30 vol.% steam in the circulating air as the drying medium, the material gets the optimum finish in just three minutes.
