MONFORTEX

Minimum residual shrinkage in woven fabrics with outstanding fabric hand and reliable reproducibility: the MONFORTEX rubber belt compressive shrinkage range is among the most powerful in its class and is used by quality-oriented finishers worldwide.
Of particular note is the larger diameter of the shrink cylinder in combination with an automatic rubber belt grinder.

The powerful and gentle solution for compressive shrinking of knitted fabrics: with precisely matched components, TOPTEX ensures low-tension fabric handling during feeding and discharge – even at the highest production speeds. To further increase performance, the range can be optionally configured as a “Twin Shrink” version.

The energy-efficient Monforts EcoApplicator is recommended for the liquor application. Drying, stretching and skewing are carried out by a Monforts Thermostretch unit specially designed for the requirements of denim finishing. A special feature is the tandem arrangement of the rubber belt shrinkage unit for high-speed denim ranges.
