Econtrol® dyeing process

Econtrol® was developed specifically for reactive dyestuffs – in response to the trend towards smaller batch sizes and the desire for simpler processes in continuous dyeing. The process has established itself internationally as a reliable solution.

MXL process
non-iron in record time

With the MXL process, properties such as “non-iron” and “laundry fresh” can be achieved in cotton fabrics in just 3 minutes – instead of over 20 hours as in the past. The innovative continuous process not only impresses with its extreme time savings, but also with its high process reliability and significantly greater flexibility compared with conventional systems.

  • The desired residual moisture can be easily achieved, thus avoiding the risk of over-drying.
