DYNAIR relaxation dryer<\/span><\/h2>\n

More performance, more efficiency: The DYNAIR is a versatile relaxation dryer with tumbler effect \u2013 ideal for knitted fabrics (open-width or tubular) and nonwovens (thermobonding).<\/p>\n

A special air flow with impulse dynamics (SID system) allows the goods to glide through the dryer in a sinusoidal pattern. The higher number of nozzle elements increases the drying performance by up to 15% \u2013 for even better shrinkage results.<\/p>\n

The DYNAIR can be optionally equipped with integrated heat recovery \u2013 a clear added value for fabric quality, energy efficiency and economical production.<\/p>\n

    Monforts Interknit line<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The continuous finishing line for natural, relaxation and compressive shrinking of knitted fabrics in a single, combined process step. From tube slitting to ready-to-wear fabric presentation, the Interknit Line enables economical and ecological finishing without the application of synthetic resins.<\/p>\n

    Only the Monforts Interknit Line consists of perfectly matched components: Inlet configuration, padder, spreader, relaxation dryer, straightening stenter, compressive shrinkage unit and delivery section. All longitudinal tensions created during pre-treatment are largely eliminated \u2013 the knit structure returns to its original form.<\/p>\n

    Depending on requirements, the components of the Interknit Line can also be used individually, such as for natural relaxation of knitted fabrics in tubular form or the compressive shrinkage of woven fabrics.<\/p>\n
