The COATTEX coating unit was specially developed for paste and foam coating with doctor blades. It can be flexibly integrated into new stenter lines or used to expand existing finishing ranges.<\/p>\n

      The manufacture of technical and coated textiles requires maximum flexibility on the part of the producer. With MontexCoat, Monforts offers a modular coating and printing system that can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. The individual modules can be used with or without a magnetic system and can be seamlessly integrated into your finishing line \u2013 for tailored solutions from a single source.<\/p>\n

      MontexCoat enables the following coating and printing processes:<\/h4>\n

        The legacy unit has been selectively further developed: the user interface features the proven Monforts visualisation system, the magnetic doctor blade offers increased power reserves, and the edge limitation has been optimised for ease of use. The doctor blade adjustment range has also been refined.<\/p>\n

        For maximum precision even with large working widths, a CFRP coating roller is available as an option \u2013 with maximum rigidity and a scratch-resistant surface. An optional remote control facilitates precise doctor blade adjustment and increases ease of use in daily operation.<\/p>\n

        This increases adaptability to changing production requirements and allows particularly versatile use of your range. The add-on modules are precisely matched to the drives of the base module.<\/p>\n
